MISSION STATEMENT

A national organization helping bladder cancer patients and their support team in the day-to-day issues with the disease. To raise awareness of bladder cancer among the general public and medical community; to advocate for allocation of government and private funds directed to the diagnosis, treatment and medical research to eliminate bladder cancer.

CBCAN First Annual Bladder Cancer Walk For Awareness

On October 2nd 2010 we will be doing a 5K walk to raise funds for CBCAN. The funds will be used for ongoing support of bladder cancer patients/caregivers and raising awareness of bladder cancer to the public. Early detection of bladder cancer will save bladders and lives.

Over 70,000 Canadians are currently being treated and or require ongoing check-ups, which makes bladder cancer the most expensive form of cancer per patient.

Your support and donation to this cause could save a life.
