Objectives

Assist newly diagnosed and long term bladder cancer survivors by providing a central contact information service. One-on-one support, information meetings, educational materials, and general references to medical support facilities and websites.

Assist the medical community to conduct clinical trials, to organize focus groups and related activities of potential mutual benefit.

Inform the general and medical communities of the 'danger signals' of bladder cancer, and increase awareness of the early signs and symptoms of bladder cancer.

Raise funds to support the organization as well as for initiatives to advance the field of field of bladder cancer including medical research.

Provide information to government and media regarding bladder cancer from a survivor's point of view.

Lobby government and industry for research funds for bladder Cancer.

Develop other objectives to be identified CBCAN’s Board of Directors and CBCAN’s Medical Advisory Board
